Role Overview
We're seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Lead to drive our enterprise growth strategy and build a high-performing sales team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on complex B2B sales, wants to make a tangible impact on climate change, and is ready to shape the future of sustainable building technology in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition & Pipeline Building (Top Priority)
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire enterprise clients in commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting large commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, and multi-property portfolio owners
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and close
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Build & Mentor a Sales Team
Manage and develop a team of 2-3 sales representatives
Create scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
Coach team members on enterprise sales techniques, product positioning, and closing strategies
Foster a high-performance, results-driven sales culture
Strategic Partnerships & Channel Development
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with real estate developers, property management firms, and industry associations
Develop channel sales strategies to accelerate market penetration
Collaborate with academic partners, technology providers, and government programs
Regional Expansion (APAC Markets)
Support expansion efforts in Singapore and Hong Kong markets
Adapt sales strategies for different regional markets and customer segments
Build relationships with key stakeholders across APAC
Qualifications
Experience & Track Record
5-7 years of proven success in B2B technology or SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise environments
Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with long sales cycles (6-12 months)
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Experience managing and developing sales teams
Industry Expertise
Background in climate tech, PropTech, energy management, or related sustainability sectors
Understanding of HVAC systems, building automation (BAS/BMS), or IoT technologies
Strong network within Thai real estate, hospitality, or commercial property sectors
Skills & Competencies
Fluency in Thai and English (written and spoken) is required
Exceptional consultative selling and relationship-building skills
Strong business acumen with ability to understand complex technical solutions
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience selling to C-suite executives and property owners
Understanding of sustainability frameworks (carbon reduction, net-zero targets, ESG reporting)
Familiarity with energy performance metrics and ROI modeling
Existing relationships with major property developers, hotel chains, or REIT operators in Thailand
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
