Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support specialist to join AltoTech Global in Bangkok. This role provides technical support for our AIoT platform via phone, email, chat, and on-site visits to customer locations. The ideal candidate has experience in IoT systems, electrical power, and building management, with strong Thai-English communication skills. Full-time position with flexible hours and travel to various customer sites across Bangkok and nearby provinces.
Responsibilities
Provide customer support for AltoTech's AIoT platform via phone, email, and chat
Analyze and resolve basic technical issues; coordinate with engineering or product development teams when necessary
Create and update knowledge base to help customers resolve issues independently
Collect customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to improve products and services
Provide on-site support at customer locations as assigned, including hotels, office buildings, or shopping centers
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Education: Diploma (Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or technical service roles
Technical Knowledge:
IoT Systems: Understanding of IoT systems and communication networks
Electrical Power Systems: Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, electrical loads, and energy measurement
Automation Control Systems: Familiarity with Control Systems, particularly DDC (Direct Digital Control), HVAC Control systems, and BMS (Building Management Systems)
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English
Strong service mindset with ability to work collaboratively in a team
Capable of solving problems and handling urgent situations effectively
Additional Work Requirements:
Ability to travel on-site to customer locations
Valid driver's license and ability to drive to work locations
Personal vehicle owners will receive travel allowance according to company policy
