Role Overview
AltoTech Global is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for building clients, ensuring service requests are recorded, delegated to the right teams, and resolved in a timely manner. This role is the bridge between customers and our technical teams—keeping everyone informed and operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, service requests, and issue reports.
Maintain professional, responsive communication with building managers and facility teams.
Provide regular status updates to customers on open tickets and ongoing work.
Request Management and Delegation
Log and categorize all incoming requests accurately in the ticketing/CRM system.
Assess urgency and priority; delegate tasks to the appropriate engineering or project teams.
Follow up to ensure delegated tasks are progressing and deadlines are met.
Coordination
Coordinate schedules between internal teams, contractors, and client sites for service visits and installations.
Organize and track site access, resource availability, and logistics.
Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to management with clear context.
Record Keeping and Reporting
Maintain up-to-date customer records, service histories, and interaction logs.
Prepare weekly/monthly service summaries and SLA performance reports.
Identify recurring issues and flag patterns to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in any field (Business Administration, Engineering, or related is a plus).
2+ years in customer service, service coordination, or operations support—preferably in building services, facilities, or technical environments.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple requests and stakeholders simultaneously.
Proficient with ticketing systems, CRM tools, or project tracking software.
Clear communicator in Thai and English (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HVAC, building systems, or smart-building technologies.
Experience with tools like Jira, Freshdesk, Notion, or similar.
Basic understanding of SLA tracking and reporting.
