Amber Pattaya - Integration of HERO & CERO with Autopilot

Amber initially began using Alto HERO, which significantly enhanced the operational efficiency of the hotel, and has now fully integrated CERO with Autopilot, resulting in electricity cost savings in guest rooms. As a result, the hotel is now able to prepare rooms for new guests more quickly, achieving a higher room quality ratio (based on inspection rates) than ever before.

In the last two quarters of that year, Alto HERO expanded to three additional neighboring branches within the hotel chain. This expansion further shares their best practices that streamlined the hotel's services and increased customer satisfaction among the chain. With CERO operational, Amber is projected to save approximately 1 million THB this year, which amounts to around 86,000 THB per month, across its 222 rooms.
